TCGA转录组数据下载–（TCGA官网浏览器方式下载）

首先打开TCGA官方的网站

然后进入数据下载的页面

紧接着选择自己需要下载的癌症数据（这里以前列腺癌为例）

选择如下的选项

然后在左边的条目（Files and Cases）中选择相应选项（以转录组数据为例），并将其添加到购物车中

下载Metadata、Manifest、Cart这三个文件

至此成功通过浏览器下载TCGA的转录组数据

PS:这种方式下载大文件有点卡，并且比较慢。
